In the heart of the College Boulevard business corridor, the hotel is just minutes from your business destination and is conveniently attached to the new Overland Park Convention Center. This convenient location also provides easy access to the Kansas City metro area. The Country Club Plaza, downtown Kansas City, and the Truman Sports Complex are within a 20-minute drive and are all easily reached via I-435.

Q:  Are reservations required?
A:  Yes, you must have a reservation.  You can register online at "PURCHASE TICKETS" or by filling out
the REGISTRATION FORM and mailing a check.  Please sign up early as the event will fill up quickly.
Many people had to be placed on a waiting list last year. (We'll contact you if the event has been
sold out.) Note: Registration is not yet open for the 2010 event. Please check back.

Q:  Will we receive tickets in the mail?
A:  No, your name will be on the registration list when you arrive.  Upon arrival, please check in at the
registration desk.

Q:  Will we have reserved seat assignments?
A:  No, so be sure and arrive early to select your seat - particularly if you have a group who would like
to sit together!

Q:  Can we reserve a table (or two) for this?
A:  YES! You can purchase an entire table for 10 for $500 which then holds the entire table for you and your group.  This table could be a Corporate Table or a Friendship Table.  Your table will be reserved and names of each participant would be needed for check in. . Q:  I'd like to donate an item for the silent auction.  What steps do I need to take?

Q:  Should we dress up?
A:  There is no dress code, feel free to dress according to what you enjoy.  However, typically this event is "business casual".

Q:  I'm not able to make it to the luncheon, but can I still donate?
A:  Certainly.  If you'd like to contribute to the Love Fund For Children- you can donate any amount.  Click on the "DONATE" link.
